Our We-Call Service is for Texas Best Propane Customers who prefer to monitor their own propane tank and schedule deliveries themselves but appreciate getting reminders that their propane tank is likely getting low. We use a Degree Day computer calculation based on your historical propane usage and the average temperature since your last fill to estimate the amount of propane remaining in your tank. This calculation is fairly accurate, but not perfect. Will-Call Service Customers should be sure to keep an eye on their propane levels.
